Individual pet cremation

A private cremation, and your pet's ashes returned to you

We offer individual cremation only, so the ashes you receive are your pet's alone. They come back to you in a scatter tin or a hardwood box, usually within 3 to 5 business days. For pets up to 30kg.

How it works

  1. Call or message us, day or evening.
  2. We bring your pet into our care. Same-day collection from your home or vet clinic, subject to availability, or bring your pet to us.
  3. Say goodbye. If you would like time with your pet first, just tell us.
  4. Individual cremation. Your pet is cremated on their own.
  5. Bringing them home. We let you know when the ashes are ready, usually within 3 to 5 business days, in a scatter tin or hardwood box.

Keepsakes

Many families like to keep something more. We offer paw print impressions, memorial boxes, urns and keepsake jewellery, and plaques if you would like a place in our memorial garden. See plaques and memorials.

Cremation or burial?

There is no wrong choice. Cremation means your pet comes home with you. Burial means a place in peaceful grounds that you can visit. If you are unsure, our guide to choosing between burial and cremation may help, or just ask us.

Pet cremation questions

Is the cremation individual?

Yes. We offer individual (private) cremation only, so the ashes you receive are your pet's alone.

How long does cremation take?

Individual cremations are usually completed within 3 to 5 business days. We will let you know when your pet's ashes are ready.

How are the ashes returned?

Ashes come back in a scatter tin or a hardwood box. Keepsakes such as paw print impressions and memorial boxes are also available.

What size pets can you cremate?

We cremate pets up to 30kg. For larger pets, burial in our grounds (up to 40kg) may be the gentler choice. Please ask us and we will help.
