About us
Terry and Karen Ryan
Pets E. Ternal is a family business. We are Terry and Karen, and we look after every pet who comes to us as if they were our own, because we know exactly what they mean to you.
When you call, you speak to us
There is no call centre and no roster. When you ring, Terry or Karen answers. We will be the ones who collect your pet, prepare the farewell, and look after the grounds afterwards. Families tell us that matters, especially on the hardest day.
A place we care for every day
Our property in Narre Warren North sits among gum trees and open paddocks at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges. We look after the lawns and gardens, so that when you come back to visit, your pet's resting place is calm, green and cared for.
Our promise to you
- Your pet is treated with gentleness and respect, from the moment they come into our care.
- Every cost is explained in writing before anything is agreed.
- Individual cremation only, so the ashes you receive are your pet's alone.
- You are welcome to visit, and to take all the time you need.
